Our position

Automation should assist engineers, not replace their judgment

Kubernetes alert automation splits into two camps: silence everything with smart filtering, or apply fixes automatically without asking. Both camps have the same problem: they remove the engineer from the loop at the exact moment their judgment matters most.

NudgeBee takes a different position. The AI reads the alert, cross-references cluster state, and proposes a specific kubectl patch. But the patch never runs until a human approves it. You keep control; the AI handles the research.

We think this is the right way to build reliability tooling for production infrastructure. Every approval creates an audit trail. Every timeout is logged. The on-call engineer always knows what happened and why.
